Make over your Mornings
Sweet friend — as a wife and mother of 3 boys, I don’t have to tell you how busy our mornings can be. I’m sure you feel the same way. Sometimes, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day to get everything you want finished. The laundry baskets keep growing. The toys manage to find new homes in every area of the house. The dogs manage to get into the laundry. Make over my morning? How?! I’m trying to get everyone up and ready. Lunches packed. Breakfast made and get everyone out the door. Or — for my homeschooling friends, the day starts and ends with everyone with you all day long. You’re putting together lessons, setting out supplies or maybe even gearing up for a field trip with your children. How can I make it easier? Believe me, I had asked myself these same questions and many more for quite some time.
As I am typing this, I can imagine these questions and so much more are running through your mind. Well, let me tell you…. It can work! So many women struggle to find the time in their days – and even weeks and months – to fill their souls. Wouldn’t it be awesome to structure your morning so that you are placing TOP PRIORITY on nurturing your soul before launching into the day?
I first learned of Crystal Paine and her blog MoneySavingMom about three years ago. Since then, I have been a regular subscriber and have thoroughly enjoyed her posts, savings tips and more. Last year, she launched a course called Make Over Your Mornings. Crystal created this created 14-day course designed to help rebuild the foundation of your day, and help ignite a new sense of passion and purpose in your lives (all in only 15 minutes a day!). Can I just tell you how much I appreciated that it was only 15 minutes? As a mom of three — two of which are toddlers, I was very interested in taking the course but really excited to see that it would be something that I could actually do. The feeling of being behind on things — well everything on some days — was getting old. Fast forward to the end of 14 days and I was excited that I found some new ways to do what needed to be done and not be rushed or stressed about it. I was able to start my days off ahead and not behind. That has been such a good feeling. Because every single woman’s life is unique, the course is not a one size fits all. I loved that! Every woman can learn something from this course and utilize it to the change her mornings.
When I decided to make over my mornings, I didn't realize it would help us to make over our lives. Share on XDear friend, take a moment and check out Crystal’s course, Make Over Your Mornings. You can even check out the first day for FREE.
One thing that I have learned is that change doesn’t always come easily. In some cases, it doesn’t come quickly either. It is easier if you have friends encouraging you along the way. I’ve gone through the course but would love to go through it again with some of you! I think it would be great if we could go through it together on Periscope. Beginning May 2, I will do a daily scope recapping the lesson. We will then discuss what wins you had with the course. You will have support from others in the community and we can support and encourage one another! When you purchase Make Over Your Mornings, please drop me a note and let me know so that I can be expecting you on Periscope to chat about it. Looking forward to talking you soon!
